Emily
Really pleased with what I ordered. It arrived a little earlier than I expected and was packed really securely. The finish looks lovely in person and feels much more expensive than it was. It fits perfectly with the rest of my room too.

The piece looks even better in person than it did online. It feels solid, well made and the finish is really nice. I was a bit unsure before ordering, but once it was in the room it completely pulled everything together. Very happy with it.

Meet Stellan, the mid-century hourglass wall light from Orasens that turns a plain wall into a small night sky. Two metal cone shades extend from a sleek round backplate, one pointing up and one pointing down, forming a graceful hourglass silhouette. Each cone is dotted with tiny perforations, so when the light is on, a scatter of star-like points appears on the wall around it, adding atmosphere long after the main lights are off.

Choose aged brass for a warm, retro character, or nickel for a cooler, more contemporary finish. The up and down light makes Stellan well suited to hallways, landings and entrances, where it washes the wall with a soft glow, and it works beautifully in pairs either side of a bed, sofa or mirror. It measures 33.5 cm high, with shades 14 cm wide and a 13 cm backplate, a compact size that sits neatly on narrower walls.

Stellan takes two E14 bulbs of up to 40W each, which are not included, and it can be dimmed when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. It is designed for dry indoor areas only, so please do not install it where it could be splashed. Some assembly is required, and as a hardwired fitting we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
