Meet Linara, the slim LED ceiling light from Orasens, designed for bedrooms, hallways and rooms with low ceilings. The aluminium body doubles as a heat sink, which lets the integrated LED run for years without the yellowing that overheated fittings develop. Light escapes through a band that follows the outline of the body, washing outward across the ceiling with no bright spot to look at from below.

There are three sizes. The 42 cm and 62 cm are just 5 cm deep, ideal for a bedroom, hallway or loft conversion where a pendant would hang too low. The 90 by 60 cm is the statement size at 9 cm deep, proportioned for an open-plan living space rather than a corridor. Coverage runs from roughly 10 square metres at the smallest to 25 at the largest, and the clean, low profile suits modern, Scandinavian and minimalist interiors alike.

Choose a white or black body, then pick your light at checkout: a fixed warm white 3000K, a fixed cold white 6000K, or the three-colour model that moves between them and dims with the remote included in the box. Every version is a hardwired surface mount fitted with the supplied kit, so we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
