At Orasens we want the delivery side of your order to be as clear as the products themselves. Every order ships free within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Locations
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Times
- Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (BST). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day, which can add one day to the estimate.
- Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
- Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary for reasons outside our control.
Carrier Services
We work with trusted carriers to deliver across the United Kingdom, including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: every order within the United Kingdom ships free, with no minimum order value.
- Paid Shipping: for any destination outside our free shipping zone, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If anything goes wrong with your delivery, including a delay or a lost parcel, contact our customer service team straight away. We will chase it with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Order Tracking Page.
