  • If still missing, contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at support@orasens.com

3. Investigation Process
  • We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier, which may take up to 10 business days.

  • We will keep you informed throughout the process.

4. Resolution
  • If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on product availability and your preference.

  • If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address, Orasens is not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery.

To minimize risk, we recommend:

  • Providing detailed delivery instructions

  • Choosing a secure delivery address

  • Opting for signature-required delivery when available

6. Ingredient Transparency
  • All ingredients are listed on product packaging and on our website.

  • Without photo documentation, we will be unable to proceed with rectification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
