1. Delivery Confirmation

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Once your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided is accurate and complete.

2. Lost or Stolen Items

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please check with:

    • Household members

    • Neighbours

    • Security or building reception

  • If still missing, contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at support@orasens.com

3. Investigation Process

  • We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier, which may take up to 10 business days.

  • We will keep you informed throughout the process.

4. Resolution

  • If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on product availability and your preference.

  • If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address, Orasens is not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery.

5. Secure Delivery Recommendations

To minimize risk, we recommend:

  • Providing detailed delivery instructions

  • Choosing a secure delivery address

  • Opting for signature-required delivery when available

6. Ingredient Transparency

  • All ingredients are listed on product packaging and on our website.

  • We encourage customers to review these lists carefully before purchase, especially if they have allergies or sensitivities.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for verifying that a product does not contain ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or irritation.

  • If you have known allergies or concerns, we advise consulting your dermatologist or healthcare provider before use.

8. Rectification Policy

  • Any request for product replacement or issue resolution must be supported by clear photographic evidence.

  • Without photo documentation, we will be unable to proceed with rectification.

9. Patch Test Recommendation

  • Wait 24 hours to monitor for any irritation.

  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs, and seek medical advice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
